those are rf-mod's settings...you don't have to install my mod over rf-mod4
RF-mod's "GH theme" (which is my mod) contains the correct theme.ini:

ahhh, thats what he changed it to lol i was testing things like static_editor = true and things like that...tyvm

edit: one other thing, i cant remember which version it is, buti was only able to get one version of the CD/CD case mod to work, adn everything is perfect except my cases arent facing the right direction (i thinkk it may have been for the older version) and i dont have any skills in 3dsmax or blender to fix it, if i were to upload that, and the file that controls which way the label faces, if you would be willing, how long would it take to rotate them


if you dont want to do it, no worries, its not a big deal

edit 2: they are like when i go 2 them, the spin up w/ the back of the case 2 me, and when they r facing me they r backwards (they open to the left instead of the right)

Hey Raph. I downloaded the correct version of Frets on Fire and ofcourse I downloaded your mod. All the graphic things are working correctly, but I can't choose more than the three songs allready in the game, and I still only have three difficulty levels. I also installed the fixed library thing, and it still doesn't work. What did I do wrong?

Hi, 1st of all I would like to thank you for a great mod. However, I have got a couple of questions...

1) I found the stage light flashing a bit distracting, so I disabled them. However, there still seems to be another screen flash... I think its when the "note hit counter" gets to a multiple of 10 (not connected to the 2x 3x 4x etc) Any Ideas how to stop this flashing?

2) I have tried both this mod and the one for 1.1.324 (obviously on a different install). I am just curious why the 1.1.324 version seems to be far more advanced but has lost the lyrics?

They were not built on the same mods. If you would have read the correponding post, you would have seen that he 1.1.324 version includes the rf-mod3.5 and capo's mod4. At the time I made the 1.2.451 version there were no rf-mod made yet so every modifications of the code were made on a 'clean' source source of the game, and because there were not much mods at that time for 1.2.451, I included YMS' lyrics mod. RFmod4 (for 1.2.451) now pretty much includes all the GH mod modifications, if you need it, just install rf-mod4 and capo's mod 5 and turn on the GH theme in the mods settings.

I was a little confused. I was trying to replace the library.zip in my data folder and I don't a library.zip to replace? I have a library.dae.....So shoudl I just put the zip in my data folder or am I missing something? Thanks!

yes you're missing the correct version of the game: you're trying to install it on 1.2.512. you need 1.2.451 (as written in the topic title :;): 'for 1.2.451'), get it here: http://sourceforge.net/project....=498119

Did it work before you got the mod? Because most people get that error even on a fresh install of FoF. The reason for the error is unknown also, and so most of them just go to 1.1.342 instead.

No need to use 1.1.324; 1.2.451 is fine since this is an error you usually get with 1.2.512.
Make sure you really are not using 1.2.512: http://sourceforge.net/project....=501448
and try deleting your fretsonfire.ini (Start menu > Run > %appdata%/fretsonfire/ ) when you install a new/different version

Ok I uninstalled, downloaded the one in your link, (1.2.451)
I then started up the game just to make sure it works, now it gives me an error, makes me go check my log file. What do I come up with?
