If someone is reporting a graphic positioning problem, be sure to include two very important things so that the coders can reproduce and possibly fix the issue:
1) A screenshot showing the positioning problem; possibly with something drawn over the screenshot to point to the problem if it isn't very obvious.
2) What screen resolution does this problem happen at? These things can sometimes look fine in one resolution and so this is an important clue to help reproduce the issue.

A few bugs to report here...
If you are holding a note, and another note comes without a pause between them, you lose your multiplier for that note. Let me illustrate
G...0------------0-----
R...0------------0-----
Y...0------------0-----
Because fof calculates the multiplier of the hold note after the note is done, if there is another note that you press without letting go of the chord first then the multiplier is canceled and the next note's score begins to calculate. Not sure if this happens with single notes or double notes, I'm sure it does, just haven't checked.
The killswitch can be held for notes if they are the same note. Like;
G...0---0---0----0----------0------0-----
If its all a green hold note, you can hold the killswitch and it will continue on the next note. You don't have to press it after you hit the note. I think you can still hold killswitch if you continued to hold green and a red hold note came up.

the score meter is my fault (thats my theme you're using) iamnoob and myself are working on better proportioned meters (we've already finished the rock meters) but the score meter also requires repositioning of the counter dots. i must have toyed with the score meter position and saved it on accident. when i can ill upload the finished one, perfectly proportioned.

Nope, that is not your theme at all...
And I'm not even joking...
