There are two keys for each drum so that, if you'd like, you can set up a keyboard configuration where each hand has access to each of the 4 main drums. At least, that's the best explanation I've been able to come up with after porting Hering's original drum mod (which also has two keys for each drum). That's what I use it for, until I get myself a drum controller.

Although Hering's default keys are next to each other; it might be so that two drum keys next to each other can be used as a combined, larger key.

Also, the game will only use the %appdata%\fretsonfire\fretsonfire.ini file if there is no fretsonfire.ini in the game folder.

This is why you should put a blank fretsonfire.ini file in your game folder to reset settings to keep it simple. Deleting this file makes the game look in %appdata% again. This is not something I changed; this is always how it has worked. I've always included a blank fretsonfire.ini file meant for the game folder to avoid all this %appdata% folder confusion.

Replace your fretsonfire.ini with a new blank one. Or delete it.

two keys are probably for easier drum rolls on fast parts, you hit the drums with two sticks, you can do similar with the keys

Yeah - that's probably the main reason there are two keys...

Replace /data/themes/RbMFH/FretButtons.png

Someone PLEASE make a comparison screenshot!

Nobody wants this? It makes the neck more rock-bandy.

Just look for something like mp3.py, put it in the library, then in the audio or song.py's add import mp3 at the top. Then all you need to do is experiment and see if you can get it working.

MP3 Hotfix (Untested)
(Edited Out)
Note: Not tested yet. I haven't been able to implement this to mac, nor test it usinm my mac because I need the source code for that. It's all compiled when it comes.
