hmm from what i can tell the only difference (other than resolution and frames and whatnot) between yours and mine is that under disable vBPM i have it set to true (i changed it awhile ago to see if itd fix the neck speed problem before the hotfix was released) but i doubt that would have any effect on your error.

a different video card can dramaticly change what your av/delay should be set to.

I'll try redownloading 2.9 and wiping clean my old version, and then patching it

I just installed the big 2.9 pack and then the 2.9002 patch and started from there and I still get it :/

also deleted INI, which by the way is based in %appdata% instead of the root FoF folder like in 2.8

New patch 2.902 is solved all my Problems.

Solved my Problem:
%appdata%/ folder fretsonfire and delate fretsonfire file.

Patch for 2.900 (Not compatible with other hotfixes YET, GuitarScene.py Only):

-displays "Bass Groove" above the fretboard in RB theme whenever Bass Groove is active and when there is bassgroovemult.png is present (when not present, it displays "Bass Groove: Xx" in place of the multiplier [MFH])
-enlarged font size and lowered the position of the Solo Percent in Rock Band theme
-checks for different mult.png (actually multB.png) whenever Bass is being played, for those of you using my mult.png's that have only max multipliers glowing blue, unlike Ds's where when SP is activated, the multiplier is blue)
-enlarged the text which displays song title during the start of the song
-misc changes to phrases (adding exclamation points at the end of the "Note Streak" phrase; changed "Starpower" to "Star Power", like GH, also added exclamation points there; lowercased and removed the colon in "As made famous by:" and "As performed by:")

Download GuitarScene.py (Put in library.zip)

That's set in the data.py. What you'll have to do is change one of the fonts from whatever it is, say menu.ttf, to loading.ttf. If you're asking which fonts of those things use to begin with, I have no idea.

I've checked the Data.py, but still no clue on how to do it.

All I know is that there's something about menu.ttf ("font") being font1 and loading.ttf ("lfont") for font2.
