**INSTRUTIONS**
Put the Nightmare folder in the mods folder under data
Start the game then go to Settings on the menu
Then Go to Game Settings
Then go to Mod Settings and Turn Nightmare on and all other mods off.

Works for me.

Two nit-pick suggestions though.

I don't know if you can alter it but in between menu choices the default red comes back momentarily.

If after the song you make the top scores, then you view the list, your score isn't highlighted. So besides noting your score previously it look like you didn't make it.
