Despite your violent behavior, the only thing you have managed to break so far is mt heart.

but..............since installing it, some of my other mods act strange. for example, frets on ice has no keys and the graphics are way off center.
Well, when you want to use another mod, go in the Settings > Game Settings > Static SVGs settings > and put them back to 'No'
And it's true that you might have problem with other keys, it's because I assumed people would name their key meshes like they do for the note, but since it was not necessary most didn't...I made a fixed version of them, you can get it here:
FozZ-key-GHmod-compliant.rar
Sorry I didn't talk about it. Don't want to talk too much about the downsides :;):
But anyway, I'm available to fix any keys that won't work.
-----
For modders, sorry to repeat myself again, I'm just writing it so it's easier to find later: Mesh = fret color ; Mesh_001 = key_color and Mesh_002 = key2_color in the fretsonfire.ini (for players, you can change those values if you want) ; Mesh_003 only appear in glow
Also:
static
adj.
1.
1. Having no motion; being at rest; quiescent.
2. Fixed; stationary.
the SVGs are referring to the background images in menus and in the game results scene. when you say 'Yes' in the settings, the backgrounds stop to move. While in the Static SVGs settings, try to toggle on/off the keyboard.svg, you'll see

Changing the svg settings fixed the off center images of course, but those keys you posted seem to be for the new version of fof. They stand up on end

Hey Im having a little problem with the xplorer!!! After installing 1.1.324 I assigned the keys to my xplorer with no problems. Its just after I make the mod changes and place the new data folder over to the existing data folder my xplorer will only strum up. All files are in the correct place after testing it. Its the library.zip that is causing my controller not to respond to the keys correctly. Anybody know a work around for this. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

Okay, sorry hehe I botched it a bit, just renamed the mesh and uploaded it. It was really for 1.1.324 though, I can't see why they were not working. Anyway, I fixed the link in the previous post so you can try those now. I tested them this time and they worked on my computer.
@kalamata74, I don't understand what your problem might be, have you at least tried to reconfigure your controller. If you had not the rf-mod installed before, reconfigure both players keys, and the alternate keys too.
I don't believe the problems comes from the library.zip, and if yes, it's not a problem, it's an option.
You can reset all settings by erasing your fretsonfire.ini , if you don't know how to find that fretsonfire.ini read this section's modding FAQ
https://www.fretsonfire.org/cgi-bin....ry70197
And yes, the fretsonfire.ini remains the same, even after reinstalling.

With the mod I cant get into the settings and change the keys. When I played it with the default library file my controller worked. But when I extracted your libray file over to data folder its when I can only stum in one direction and cant hit the fret button to get into the settings. It happens everytime even when I reinstall. But I guess all try and reset the settings in the ini file. Im wondering if that file just keeps the same sets after reinstalling to. Well thanks for the reply.

Ok as someon else mentioned earlier in the topic whenever i go to play a song, the screen just goes to black like its loading, but it never loads, ever, it just freezes, goes rogue, and hogs all my memory, causing my system to freeze, i installed it exactly as your video goes, fretsonfire.exe relpacement, data files moved/replace all, and moved the mods folder, theres nothing else to there is it?
anywho ive tried this on two systems with the same results on both: a Windows XP SP2 Compaq Presario Desktop with 1gig of DDR1 RAM, Celeron D Processor with 2.53ghz (i know not the greatest, but its 4 years old, gimme a break) with a Radeon 9250 in it,
and a Windows Vista (shut up, it came with it, too lazy to put on a XP crack) Toshiba Satellite Series Laptop with 2 gigs of DD2 Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo /w/ 2.00 GHZ, and a Geforce 7900GS.
ive ran my driver updates for both my computers cards and that didnt help either. any ideas?
