How to import/export Gh5 songs

Hi i downloaded gh5 pal image file.But i cant find main.hdr or gen file like like this

thereare .imf files.But i cant open it. i think this is archive file.
But anyprogram cant open it:S

That tutorial is just for GH1, GH2, GH80. Not for GH5.
