2 Questions:

1. Im looking for some kind of a background, that actually moves (Like a video clip, if possible.)

2. I want a neck that looks like an original guitar hero neck

1) Too bad, not gonna happen anytime soon.

the closest ull get is in the guitar hero background pack. it includes some GH static backgrounds and GH necks

GH background pack (static backgrounds and GH necks)

but seriously get over it, FoF will never be an exact duplicate of GH

python doesnt support animations. it wont work

but python does support swf... so maybe we can get it to render a swf file instead of an svg for the background ?
