Can someone explain to me, how to get or enable a moving background for MFH Alarian v3.017?

Did they change the way you use them? Or do you mean in MFH Mod altogether?

I hope, sometime they will get rb1, rb2, gh1, gh2, gh3 etc backgrounds.
