Boned. Majority believes tapping during solo's is retarded, and if anyone would put it it, next to no one would use it.

it would be really hard to implement. Noone knows exactly how it works in Rock Band and making it worth with the solo frets would be complicated as hell.

I don't know, add 5 buttons called solo buttons in the list of keys for guitar. Then add a varible called solotappable so when event.solo it activates them and acts as hopo when hit by solo keys. It is complicated and would require some work but it shouldn't take more than a week or two to do it if we felt like being active.

But if you had this someone would make the whole song a solo section ad not need to pick.

I know how it works on rock band!

the solo frets hve two buttons assigned like '1+7' '2+7' where 7 is always an extra button, like 'strum'

Then, on the solo, you can tap whatever you want until the note is like 1 beat from your target. Then, whenever you press the button it'll automatically strum, like drums.

So, basically, it's just like the drums, but you can hold the frets before and then play them, and you don't lose your streak if you press it too early, only if you press 1 beat before the note.

but it is more complicated than that

Sometimes if you are using solo frets, it doesn't strum if there is no notes. Sometimes it does.

Well, that's because its just much more difficult to hit a "HOPO" Chord in Solo Buttons Mode. You have to be very precise and can't hit one button before the other.
