Delete "import MySQLdb as sql" and then use:

buildDatabase.py -f fofdatabase.sql

I seem to remember something like that, but I can't find any change I made that would have fixed it... This is my (pretty ugly) version of it, it scans folders too, but only if they start with a '='

Hmm okay, not sure what is causing that, but I'll try looking at it.

Line 17 is in the initial comment... did you put in a character by a mistake ? :) not sure if python would like that... but that probably isn't it

I got it to work with Divras script. I had some folders with no song.ini in. It might have been because of that if failed.

And it was not 17 it was 170 :)

Um, I just looked at the again, and it's pretty bad. I'm sure I've done something wrong that is making it die, I'm gonna work on it right now. I'll let you know when I have something done.

Ok, I added a bit of error handling to the script, probably should have done that from the start, but it was just meant as a project for myself :) Anyway, www.sneftrup.net/buildDatabase.py if you want it, maybe that can solve your problem. I'm not going to post anything to sourceforge until it reads scores and subfolders.

Ok, I've added support for sub folders and added a score uploading script. Get it at sourceforge
