Psychonoob - If you "altered" your menu background image and now it doesn't show up in FoF at all, you saved it in the wrong format somehow, wrong kind of PNG. It's acting as if it doesn't see a menu background image because it doesn't recognize the format when it tries to decode it.
Try saving your PNG file with different options.
Also, this is the kind of thing that I really shouldn't have to provide support for... this is basic FoF stuff. It does tend to clutter the thread up and make other info tougher to find in this thread...

1 quick thing, it would be useful if you could see the guitar solo neck coming, so if you don't know the song you will be able to get ready for the solo.
Not major, don't worry about it, its not important enough.
EDIT: another thing, "ding" sound toggle?

ding sound: just remove starding.wav and you won't hear it.
Neck change approaching - not possible the way the game renders things right now. This is why I added sections and solo markers to the scrolling lyrics display up top; you will see "Guitar solo" scroll up to the line up top when one is approaching.

Just added new bug to known issues:
If you sort by Title, you can type in for example "W" and the song list would skip down to the songs starting with "W"s.
This works for sort by Artist as well; except if there is a subfolder in the song list. Then it will give you an error message (since subfolders don't have an attribute "Artist")
I'll fix this in the next patch.
-When song list sort order is set to "Artist" you can not search for artists by letter if there is a subfolder present

Awesome mod, but you might want to set up an svn repository using Google-Code instead of constantly uploading the fixes to mediafire and updating this thread.
