I think the GHIII folder needs to be named GH3, or at least that's what it used to be.

Can you please add your RF-Mod hotfix to this Alarian mod?

Okay. I have the Guitar Hero III notes, but I will need the battle power notes and battle gems for the battle mode. Thank you.

I've made menu songs for GHIII theme... if someone interests here is the link! They are game songs mixed in one file without silences at the beginning.

EDIT: reduced size and lenght of songs

I'm apparently the village idiot here - what the hell does rapidshare mean by "enter only the symbols attached to a cat"? Hell, I can't tell what's a cat and what isn't with the images they use. I've tried 6 times now and its never worked.

Update

4 more tries and still nothing. Oh well. I'll check later. Thanks for all your work folks.

So would we be able to get a Rb/GH3 theme in the near future? Like having animated notes, lightning, overdrive coding (although that is already in a hotfix), and the overdrive neck all in one theme? That would be sick...

Yeah, just look for the cat head. It is different from whatever the hell that other thing is.

I'm changing the way the startup script executes the linux binary. It should make it more universal. Right now I only have source for 2.62 with hotfix 18 should have it posted within a couple hours.

death_au wrote:I understand you've said the analog killswitch isn't done yet, but I thought I'd put in my two cents worth anyway...
I play FoF by connecting my Wii GH3 guitar to my PC via bluetooth and mapping the buttons to keys via GlovePIE. It was a simple matter of telling the whammy bar to map to my ppjoy virtual joystick to get some analog happening.
My output for ppjoy spits out values from about 0.52 to about 0.84, and according to the debug value in FoF varies between 0.7 and 1.0. This seems to work pretty well from what I can tell. Although there is one minor issue. If I'm hitting a star note, and i hold down the whammy (to 1.0 on the debug) sometimes the tails stay white and I milk star power, but sometimes I don't, and I'm not sure why... Not sure if it's really a problem or not, though...

By the way, excellent work on everything you've done so far, I love it!

Can you post that chunk of coding? I really need it.

How would you animate the Rock Band notes, and why?

Adding an overdrive neck to GH-based themes is possible, however another file unique to the Rock Band themes would have to be used to detect... well, Rock Band themes. This is not a problem, I just wasn't aware anyone wanted starpower necks in GH themes.

Still not exactly sure what you're asking for, and why...

edit: anyone who's having trouble D/Ling from Rapidshare, just get the "mini" version below it in the first post. It's on Mediafire, and contains all the code fixes. You can put together whatever themes you'd like from other sources.
