Difficulty levels?

Basically, I want to know if you can add extra difficulty levels to songs that don't have them implemented already; most songs I've downloaded for FoF don't even give you a choice - they throw you into Expert and expect you to sink or swim and I'm struggling along on Medium (that holds true for the console-based instrument games, as well). I'm not expecting everyone to go through the trouble of adding lower difficulties to their song uploads, but if I could add them myself that would be prime.

Well, if you throw the songs into EoF or Feedback, you can chart the difficulties yourself. I /think/ there's some sort of auto charter, but it's not accurate... but I'm not 100% certain of that.

Short answer: Yes, it's possible, but it requires work.

Midi-import the chart into EOF, copy the expert-notes into the difficulties you wish to add and start deleting/moving notes. That's how I'd do it.

Thanks, guys; it'll be a lot of work converting these, but it'll be worth it. (And thanks for not looking down on/dissing me for being on Medium; this place is already friendlier than the Rock band forums.)

When you've done some, if you think they're okay, then you should consider sharing them with the rest of the community. You're not the only one on medium

I just might do that; first one I'm working on is "Real American" (Hulk Hogan theme music from the WWF/WWE), but there are quite a few tracks I have in mind to step down.
