Simple, just click on my signature, or anybody else who has one like mine.
Once you get to the site, follow the instructions in the help section, play a few songs so the chart can register you as an active player, and the you can make a cool signature like ours!
Happy rocking!
But seriously, Divra's chart should be the official one! It's got all the cool features I could want. Of course, I still can't get over the cool siggy...
Dang, Monkii, you beat me to it!

*Sigh*
Okay, go to the site, click the button that says "About/Help", and follow the instructions.
I now hereby clarify, there is no downloading required. Just follow the instructions.
As for the fretsonfire.ini file the page refers to, you already have it. Just Look in C:/Documents and Settings/Your Login name/Application Data/fretsonfire/ and you will find two files, one is fretsonfire.ini
And if that fails, go to your Start Menu and go to search, then search for "fretsonfire.ini" (With the quotes), and it will find it.
And if you still have problems, I don't know what to tell you...

Maybe your resolution is less than 1280*1024? Then the last button (which, ironically, tells you that's problem) won't be visible. I will make a low resolution version when I can.
