I made this forum to give some credit to some of the song makers around here and share my opinion and you should do the same.

Here is my list of favorite song makers (In no order):

Blackfate (Ride the lightning was really good)
AlBelGim (I loved that skid row song)
Statice (That soilwork song kicked ass)
Homerrulz (Rebellion in dreamland was kickarse)
Kalkunmaggot
Apru (Alexander the Great was great!)
Zircon
Moonflow43 (Makes some pretty cool video game music)
Cartarulla (Where is he!)
Ploique (Call of Ktulu was pretty damn good)
and I guess myself, I mean I'd be pretty pissed at me if I left me off my own list (It's ment to be nonsensical) :D

So there are most of my favorites (Probably left off a few accidently).

Now share your opinion on your favorite song makers!

I think BlackFate is the best of all.

+ Always on sync.
+ Half of my songs are his :D
+ The hardness levels are well done, and there usually is the supaeasy for nubs like me ;D
+ Did the songs I wanted :D
- Can't do everything what we ask (CAUSE there is a ton of requests, and he would need an office with workers to make all of 'em)
My fav. bands are (Top 5, from best to not that best) :D :
#1 Sonata Arctica
#2 Iron Maiden (Yeah, only 2nd!)
#3 Nightwish (Tarja Turunen was better)
#4 Metallica
#5 Children Of Bodom

tbh I have only 3 or 4 of BlackFates songs and I know there's like 70 of them :p but BlackFate is probably the most popular songmaker on these forums.
many songmakers have awesome songs. I just wish that they were more active :p

Iamswoll does great fretting too. His Rush songs and version of Beezelboss are top notch.

I don't download too much custom songs (I need to get much better before I can even play half of them), so I can't really say who I appreciate most. So I'm gonna go ahead with the cliche.

Everyone who attempts to make songs wins my vote!

EDIT: And me, I like my songs :;):

Goodbye everyone. It's been fun. I spent many many hours here on these boards and playing/contributing to FoF. Today I uninstalled my game and deleted all my files. I just don't have the time or interest anymore. I won't be coming back here anymore. I might show up in the IRC from time to time to chat. I regret nothing.

So long, farewell.

i hope that one day i'll end up on this list... but i've got a ways to go.

the only fretters that come to my mind that haven't already been named (and they might have been named already anyway...) the guy that fretted P.O.D. - Alive did a spot on job with the syncing the likes of which is almost unmatched, and the guy that fretted Franz Ferdinand - The Fallen is an awesome fretter. i'm sorry, but i can't remember the names and i don't have a lot of time on the internet, it's getting late here.
