I took a look at it in EOF, I'd recommend setting the MIDI offset to 180 in the song menu>properties. The tempo seems to start around 161.75 BPM, but the drummer either changes tempo or loses sync. You can use anchors to compensate for either.

Nah, I'm not using freetar at all. I just charted the whole song in EoF. It's in my sig, if you wanna check it out.
