Hi, i´m from Punta Arenas, Chile :)
(the last city of the world... i read that in somewhere)
so my english is a little poor :)

ok, this is the situation
this is my favorite game so far,
so in my institute, i was trying to do a contest of this (not popular) game
and that was very very hard to do
at the end... 7 guys participated (with me :) )

i only have a PS2 guitar (with an adapter PS2/USB), a numeric keyboard and 2 normal keyboards
(in my computer i can play with 4 player at the same time)
but i could not bring my pc to the institute that moment

so everyone played alone,
so that became boring to hearing the same song so many times
the idea was:
-5 rounds (1 song per round)
-ranking by score
-same difficulty

i wanna do another contest as soon as posible
but i think this can be more funny
if you got any idea to do something better, you are welcome

4? at the same time? mmm that's new for me... i wonder how u can make that possible...and r u asking for a contest way? i found out a game which you can play with a remote friend with.. u can try ranking by number of hit notes (accuracy) in the same difficulty, or to get more people involved, try songs known by the majority of the people ( u live in chile, try los prisioneros songs, soda estereo, daft punk, mago de oz, los caifanes. mana.... ) and we are experiencing a soccer world cup so why not to sort out the problem making ur contest looking like one, try to make like matches with songs chosen by audience or i dont know who, so after all the process u finally have two people for the final battle and the winner...
well i hope u fish any idea from there, i live in southamerica too ...so dont worry if u wanna speak spanish and i wonder what u really want,

con la version del FoFix 3.121 puedo configurar 4 players
2 guitarras de PlayStation 2 (tengo un adaptador para controles de Play2 a USB)
el tercero juega con un teclado y yo juego con un teclado numerico

hacer un torneo estilo eliminacion me parece una excelente idea :)
y nunca repettir canciones como lo hice la vez anterior
y como dices, canciones mas conocidas

Que bueno y te puedo ayudar a conseguir canciones... hay un topic llamado Latin hero y esta bien bueno tiene canciones en español conocidísimas y hay otro fretter que tiene muchas en español bien buenas espera recuerdo se llama wyvern_184. Estuve bajando hoy unas como de PANDA y de Mago de Oz (del Latin Hero) y nada mal muy buenas. Que bueno poderte dar alguna idea. Suerte y que sea un contest super cool.
