So, I've been hanging around the forums not doing much for the last few weeks, and I have to say Im impressed with the people making songs.

So, Im going to try and make some, and wondered if anyone could help me find a program that separates the guitar from the rest of the song?

The first song Im working on is Cartel - Say Anything (Else)

Speaking simple, there is no such a programm. That`s why Red Octane replayed all the songs featured in Guitar Hero from scratch rather then just using the good`ol versions.
But, on the other hand, you can always find some songs already separated (for guitar lessons for example) somwhere on the web.

or use audacity to edit out all the high frequency sounds for one track, and leave the other track normal.
it doesn't really take away the guitar but seems to make a difference to my ears
