I don't own Rock Band but I wanted to play the drums part of the songs. Is there any other way(not counting the keyboard) that can give a similar feel? I'm thinking about something that I might have at home and that I don't have to buy.
Any thoughts?

Yes, that's a solution (although I don't have one). My goal is to find something that can substitute it without spending much many. I could buy the Rock Band drumset, but I'm going to buy the GH4 one because it's more complete. Doing this, the Rock Band drumset would just be used for FoF, and there's no point in that.

yeah but i'm not gonna buy GH4 either and the only thing i want to use it for is FOF.
BTW if you have a electric drum set it will work but those are more expensiv than RB or ones.

lol this is how I play the drums. I set it on a table. Have 4 big keyboard keys bought from walmart. LOL. ITS A SPACEBAR, ENTER, SHIFT, and Tab. Then I put some sponges on the top of each on and tied it down. then I used a pair of my drumsticks and hit the sponges. It works :)

That's a good alternative. I tried it now but it would be easier if I could have like 4 buttons for each key.

ok theres a keyboard at walmart that only has 4 keys. a tab, space, shift, and enter. I bought it for like 5 bucks. then put sponges on top of each key so they didn't get damaged. I grabbed my drumsticks and hit the sponges. and the keys are very sensitive becuz I bought the touch ones. you don't have to press it down. kinda like a touch screen
2 + 2 = 5

Buying a dance pad is even more expensive than buying a Rock Band Drum :S

The ones I've found on the net were like 80$. Also, there's no walmart in Portugal. I will use the GH 4 drums when I get it. I have an ideia that might solve the problem for a while...
