It's because Phase Shift only supports a certain amount of sections for some reason, so try to put in fewer sections and see if that works

I *think* they tried putting in bands that were influential to the band the game focuses on in one way or another, but I'm not really sure tbh, a lot of the choices still seem pretty random and weird
