Probably best to post in the conversion's thread.

Re: Can I access XBOX DLC and convert it to Phase SHift on the PC?

It's going to be very complicated for anybody to just up and convert a song. You'd be better off finding conversions people have already made. I'm pretty sure nearly every Guitar Hero and Rock Band song has already been converted many times by now.

Re: Noice - Rock Bandish clone for mac

Looks pretty promising. The only thing that I thought might be a bit weird is how the cymbal gems and drawn quite a bit higher than non cymbals at the same timestamp. It could get visually confusing if a chart has lots of different drum "chords" in quick succession.

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.40b (100% success rate)

It looks like if you set your file association (at least temporarily) for MIDI files to the batch file containing the conversion command, you can then select all of the MIDI files you want to convert, hit Enter (or right click and select open), then Windows will open each of the MIDIs with a separat...

Re: Songs not playing

The patch to FoFiX to allow it to ignore Sysex events was supposedly added to the code over 7 years ago, but it's not obvious they ever released another build?
https://code.google.com/archive/p/fofix/issues/1268

You'd be better off switching to either Phase Shift or Clone Hero.

New hotfix is up. Changes are as follows: *Removed the creation of the ghwt_drum.array.txt file written during save (if. GH file export is enabled) and instead updated EOF to write a proper array.txt file that should have correct expert drum note data that can be used with QueenBee. *Fixed a crash t...

Sarcasm isn't necessarily helpful, but I'm not immediately sure that it's forbidden either.

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.40b (100% success rate)

There are a couple ways you could do it, but one of the simplest ways would be to create a batch file to convert the file you drag and drop onto it. Assuming you have saved the program to the root of the C drive, create a text file someplace convenient, rename the extension from .txt to .bat (if you...

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.40b (100% success rate)

Yes. As per the first post's example, the suggested syntax (for an input file named "notes.mid" and an output file named "songname.txt") for that is:

Code: Select all

FoFLyricConvert -in midi notes.mid -nohyphens 2 -filter -brute -out ustar songname.txt
