something in the song.ini for something, i think. no better answer than to edit stuff in the song.ini files until it works. check your recently added songs first.

Re: Guitar Hero 2 Custom: help needed of people who've edite
Probably a scratch on the disc, no way to fix this but to get a new GH2 and start over. It's not possible, it's my 3rd build and they all have this issue. All encore songs in every venue. not exactly an fof question... (bass pedal w/ drum machine?)
I'm wanting a way to get a bass-hit sample out of a rockband pedal and incorporate it into an acoustic drum set. I actually have a traditional metal kick pedal modded to work with rock band input (sensor underneath), and i'd like to be able to have it digital-hit along with the beater hit on the bas...

Re: Reliable way to get BPM?
If you choose to chart songs that are simplistic enough to follow a steady bpm (hiphop and pop come to mind), you can often find the bpm with a google search. You really should practice matching time changes if you hope to progress with your charting abilities though.

1) mp3 to ogg can be done with Audacity, which can be found as a free download via googlesearch. (File/Open, File/ExportAsOGG) 2) the where/how of songs can be found in the "read before posting" sticky at the top of Tech Support. between that and the Tune Posting section of the forum you s...

1) search
2) search

I'm surprised this has never been implemented. It's come up on the forum multiple times, and I can't imagine it would be a very complex mod.

Re: Chart2Mid Needs an UPDATE!
Yes, but do you have any examples where it isn't 192? Is that the default value or the only supported value? I see it in the text for the chart, but I haven't yet hit examples where it is different, nor can i think offhand where to change the resolution from within db. Edit: According to TurkeyMan's...

Re: Chart2Mid Needs an UPDATE!
A breakdown of what I feel like i understand about the .chart format viewed as text. Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious, just figured a start is a start. A sync track example: TimeSig starts at the beginning of the song as 4/4, at a speed of 136bpm (value "B"). At 2.205secs in ...
