Well this Might Not Change A HUGE Effect but it makes a point . This is a stage update that ive done When i looked at the stages folder in the RockBand 2 theme it was 64 MB Then Some How I managed to decrease the picture size ,and it went well Nothing changed same pixels and all blah blah after that...
