The mod is pretty outdated. You might want to look into another version/mod. If not, check all the options to enable 8th note hopo(not sure if this mod has it).

It is a Avant Garde variation font, probably custom edit. I don't believe I have ever seen the font you're looking for on these forums though(could be mistaken).
