I have a ps3 and a psp. You should definitely get a ps3. PSP has some of the crappiest games ever. All it is good for is being an over sized music player. Sure you can do a lot of stuff by modding it, but that fun only lasts for a couple days. The ps3 however has awesome games however and is way bet...
