Re: Mad Catz Midi Pro Adapter Won't Work Anymore
If the MPA, cabling and drum kit work on a console game, that confirms the issue is with Phase Shift. It may be best to ask on the Phase Shift forum.

Re: Mad Catz Midi Pro Adapter Won't Work Anymore
Do you have the means to test it in Rock Band 3 to rule out any problems with the hardware? Otherwise, is the instrument switch on the MPA set to drums? Can you test the MIDI cable in a different setup to verify it's still good?

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
I don't know if it's necessary to rename it to something like "Clone Hero" import because that game uses a slight modification of the Feedback chart format.

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
You'll have to be more specific. EOF already imports fully featured Clone Hero .chart files (even vocals) and converts them to MIDI format on save.

Thanks, I've fixed this. It appears this bug has been there for a very long time, but nobody noticed earlier.

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
Allegro 4 (a game library used by EOF) is not compatible with certain EAX emulation features some sound cards use. This problem mostly seems to be associated with Xonar sound cards, and disabling the relevant feature (it may be called something like "GX mode") could fix it. Otherwise, gene...

New hotfix is up. Non pro guitar specific changes are as follows: *Changed the recent MIDI export logic where HOPO on/off markers are 0 delta ticks so that this only occurs for notes with crazy status, without which the note can't overlap with other notes and this workaround isn't needed. *Adjusted ...

Re: Why won't this work in Phase Shift?
Feedback or Clone Hero centric tools can convert it to MIDI, or you can also import it into EOF and save the project and you'll get a MIDI.

Re: MidiReader instance has no attribute 'sysex_event'
Frets on Fire has a bug with MIDI files that have Sysex events. If you don't have the original chart or a notes_rbn.mid file, it won't immediately be able to work in Frets on Fire. It should work in Phase Shift. Or you could import it into EOF, make sure the "Save separate Rock Band files"...

According to the Phase Shift standards thread, this tag is called "track = #". Is that correct?

Re: EOF 1.8RC12 - Now with Rocksmith 2014 support
Are you talking about the track number? Which rhythm games make use of this (for display or sorting purposes)?
