how do you get the xbox 360 rock band controller to work with frets on fire....it never responds with the key changing settings. can someone help me?

Well I followed the video tutorial and I did everything it said, but when I tried to play the game there was no background and When I try to play a song it comes up erroe....and there was no libary.zip to overwrite

Can someone help me, I dont know how to add the theme and the read me file dosent make sense to me
