I just fretted my first song using the advanced song tutorial, and have the song and .chart file from FeedBack saved.

How the heck do I now import it into FoF? I've looked but I if it's here I keep missing it.

That would kick massive amounts of tail. So, modding Frets of Fire to work with 360 or PS2 periphreals is certainly possible.
