Re: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Wii Glovepie
First, I just want to say thanks to all those who keep putting in effort to keep open source software up and running. Second.....I may be a huge noob, but, trying to get the GHWT guitar working, and using the latest script, I keep getting no guitar found showing up in the box in the top right, and ...

Re: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Wii Glovepie
It seems that when using the GHWT wii drum set in FOF, I can hit notes that are fairly close together but I fail out of any sort of drum roll (>sixteenth notes). I don't know if it's a problem with the code, FOF, or my skills (i'm guessing it's one of the former). Any ideas?

Re: World Tour Wii Guitar
considerable progress has been made in this area, this is from another thread (https://www.fretsonfire.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=29037) I tried it, and it seemed to work for a tiny bit I had this script for testing purposes: if pressed(Wiimote.Minus) then var.wakeup=1 WiimotePoke(1, 0x4A400...

Re: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Wii Glovepie

Just played black hole sun expert on my GHWT drums and it worked flawlessly! Big thanks to everyone that made this possible.

Re: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Wii Glovepie
Does anyone know if a wiimote can be paired simultaneously to a wii and a pc? would having either GHWT or RB2 fired up on the wii send the mystery code to the new peripherals and allow them to work? I've tried to simultaneously pair mine but as soon as my wiimote pairs with the wii, it drops all oth...

Re: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Wii Glovepie
I noticed something interesting playing RB2 with the GHWT peripherals for the wii. I might be saying information that is already known but I'll put it out there. I've noticed that the with the GH3 controller, all buttons on the guitar are mapped to wiimote buttons AND can be used as such at any time...

Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
Nvidia's support for their video card is complete crap. When trying to update my nvidia card, it took me like 2 hours to find the right driver. er.. go to nvidia.com and click the download drivers link thats highly visible at the top left of the page? 2 hours? im an ati fan, but come on. I did that...

What should I make my custom drum set out of?
I was thinking about legos! i can build the body of each drum (snare, high tom, low tom) out of legos and glue them together to make it permanent. I would have to figure out some kind of membrane to throw on top of each drum to strike with the drum stick. Other than that, it should be cake. The cras...

Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
Furthermore, because GH:WT's bass drum pedal uses a piezo sensor (same sensor that the drums use), you can purchase and modify and bass drum practice pad to house this piezo sensor. I've wanted to do something similar for a long time, only not just a bass pedal, but an entire drum kit. I've seen th...

Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
Lol no problem. A couple of things I forgot to mention in my last post: evilynux, for the kick pedal, my friend's was about to break. It had not one but multiple evil-looking cracks just waiting to snap the thing in half. So I built my own pedal out of scratch. We're both more comfortable with some...
