OK I have another problem after sorting the guitar not muting thing (thanks!)

I have two songs that refuse to go into any of the tiers I've sorted out; in fact, the song.inis refuse to change. How do I fix this?

Not sure what I did here, but whenever I play in game, the guitar still plays over the song even if I'm not playing anything. How do I fix this?
