Are there graphics for diff/instrument selection? (raspbian)
Hi! I'm trying to get FoFiX running on a raspberry pi 4. Getting FoFiX 3.121 on Raspbian wasn't too much of a hassle but I ran into an issue with some text just being completely black, namely pause menu, fail menu, editor menu (select instrument and difficulty) and the streak messeges. Pause and fai...

Re: Disable screensaver?
If you're sitting in a chair and have a wireless optic mouse, just throw it in your lap and you're bound to make it react from the movement while playing. I'm assuming that you're using a controller of course since I think hitting any of the keys on the keyboard will be treated as input and prevent ...

Re: Ambiguity's Final Fantasy VII Theme (ver. 1.0beta)
Not too be too modest here, but you do see how cartoony they look right? And the chains doesn't have any form of perspective and are kind of chopped off here and there (it's made from a rectangle and two halfs of a circle with a gradient). Anyway I was going to post about there being two one winged ...

Re: Ambiguity's Final Fantasy VII Theme (ver. 1.0beta)
Great theme, the mix between low and high quality sounds with different volume settings is a bit awkward though. I think that the score screen could need a little more detail (looks quite dull with so much "perfect" white). I think you could change the frets more into materia slots, so I m...

Re: X-X-X Bowstars Animated Backgrounds X-X-X
I haven't been on the forums in some time...even before it went down. Have they got videos to work in the game yet?!?!? I'm all done making these animated backgrounds so what you see is what you get from me! I hope you all still enjoy  Yeah it works, but it can be a bit bothersome to setup...

Re: [WIP] FoFiX Theme for 4.0.0 - by the community
I think that everyone likes Leapo's menus, but it looks like it might be a bit hard to get something to work okay with it in game. His fretboard mockup follos the same style, it does look shiny but I'm still doubting how it will work out with ingame stats, keys and notes. Fatdog's Rock meter idea is...

Re: [WIP] FoFiX Theme for 4.0.0 - by the community
Tormann71, I honestly didn't know it existed in RBU, I just played a song with weird chords (as I mentioned) and thought an indicator would be appropriate. I do remember GH..WT? M? having some weird graphics along the neck connecting some of the notes. Would someone please point out which feature I'...

Looks like this thread needs a little something to chew on. I was playing a bit and got to a song with weird chords that I did not expect and misread them as single strum notes (Green+Orange can be hard to identify. Something like this would probably help a lot on those situations. http://img36.imag...

Hmm might be worth looking into, I was under the impression that negative values did work but I don't remember having tried it myself.

Re: (Legal) Song Downloading/Uploading program
Am I just being naive to think that people actually care about legal issues and want to minimise download costs and are prepared to spend a minute to sync each song? Quite possibly. I kinda like this idea though, as a possible extension to nwru's songdb. (Well, a standalone program that grabs data ...

Re: FoFiX 4.0.0 Development Thread
Ok so... i followed all the instructions in the "working under svn" wiki, and it keeps saying im missing modules... i do not understand? It would be helpful if you listed which modules it said were missing. well it seems i fixed the module missing problem... but now it says it needs to up...
