Yeah, Neversoft hired some amature custom makers to chart out GH3 hence the large amounts of fail and 3 button chords where they shouldn't be. Rock Band's charts are all perfect, but I've only played about half of the songs.

You can buy the game by itself. It's 59.99. It just seems pointless because you can't play drums or vocals.

GHEx won't work with it. katamakel made a version that works with the note charts in Rock Band, but he isn't releasing it. Best bet is to wait for the PS2 version of Rock Band and see if someone comes up with something.

It's not too large for GHEx, it's just that GHEx isn't made to recognize the Rock Band files yet, otherwise it would work. katamakel over at ScoreHero has already updated GHEx to work with Rock Band, but he only did it to get images of the notecharts for Overdrive usage on the Rock Band message boar...

I read through and couldn't find it. What is the best way to extract the contents of the WAD and then rebuild it. I read somewhere along the way that the Tony Hawk 2 Extractor thing doesn't extract them correctly.

I know it doesn't concern most people here, but I've been watching this because I want to put custom songs on GH3. Any chance of there being a VGS > MSV converter or a MID > PAK converter?

Wow, I guess it varies completely and randomly. I have a 933mhz processor, 128 meg geforce 5200 and 256 megs of ram, and I havent experienced slowdown at all.
