Try to reinstall it to a different folder, like C:/Program Files/Alarian Mod
I did this when I first installed 3.005 (full installer by ugo) and had no problems.

I bought the Nyko Frontman for the PS3 and it works like a dream after setting it up with Xpadder!
No wireless delay or whatever. I realy can recommend this one
