If we converted the AVI's to MP4, and inserted it into Photoshop (Video Layer) and saved it as a PNG, would it work?

You can use Hypercam 2. Just record yourself doing the song and all, then you can download the song and use Windows Movie Maker to sync the song and video. That's How I Do mine.
