Another thought - an option to drop the 3D completely. There's nothing wrong with a 2D neck scrolling down the screen with 2D keys and 2D notes, especially when the background is a static 2D image anway. After playing around with it, I changed all the notes that were 0.0.096 or shorter to 0.0.108, which seemed to fix the problem in case anyone has the same issue in the future. It looks like the minimum note length is probably 0.0.108, or possibly 0.0.100.

Just to back up what Alex is saying, I was having the same problem after trying the new RF-Mod without uninstalling a previous version of FoF. Make sure you remove all traces of previous FoF installs (including in the Application Data\Fretsonfire folder) before installing the new RF-Mod.

That's what I think might be happening.

Update: I played it through without strumming any hopos and I got 98.8%, which is probably more accurate. Without looking at the code, I think strumming the hopos is what's causing the problem.
