You need to assign the keys in the Options > Key Settings section. Thats if you are using the Alarian Mod. I am pretty sure it's around that area in any other version.

Try and use the Alarian Mod. If it works with that, then you know it's the version of FoF you are using, or possibly a mod that you have installed. If it doesn't work, then you know it's a problem with your PC. Looking at your spec, I highly doubt it's your PC.

Try using the Alarian Mod, it has a self extractor file so there is no need to install the game and patch the mod.
