Re: EOF 1.8RC7 - Now with spectrogram
If ever, you should probably update the building instructions in the googlecode page, since it now needs FFTW3 to use spectrogram features. On another issue: even after a successful build on my Ubuntu Studio (64-bit), I'm so close to getting it working, yet so far. ALSA lib rawmidi_hw.c:233:(snd_raw...

Re: EOF 1.8RC7 - Now with spectrogram
Regarding the keyboard issue you mention, I can't think of any reason for that to happen. It certainly isn't a normal occurrence, but in the past some users discovered some of the software they had on their computer was intercepting keypresses in a way that interfered with EOF, but I hadn't heard a...

Re: EOF 1.8RC4 - Now with Rocksmith export
I think there should be an option to hide vocals lyric events in the preview window, so we know how the lyrics will be shown in-game. It helps because the symbols get in our way of proofreading. :P Does the program support bold and italic typefaces? They could be useful for energy phrases and freest...

Re: EOF 1.8RC2 - Now with Rocksmith export
I previously documented in 1.8b38 that the ability to import star power vocal phrases was working. Did it stop working since then? Pre GH5 files don't have that feature at all, are you certain your files are >= GH5? I'll probably need a test file if you aren't able to get the star power to import. ...

Re: EOF 1.8RC2 - Now with Rocksmith export
Any headway with finding energy phrases in vocals when importing a GH (GH5/BH/GHWoR) file? This release candidate doesn't have this at the moment.

Re: Purchasing Song Charts?
I guess the word "successful" defines how big those shoes would be to fill before starting to sell charts, huh? I see it in the same way as I do with art commissions. People paint a picture for a fan, people chart songs for a fan... Unless you justify the "fine line" between the ...

Re: EOF 1.8b38 - Now with tempo map storage/export
Hmm... Those appear to just be sound effects... for freestyle drum-overs, perhaps.
I do know that "Lithium (Live)" from GH5 and "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" from BH have them.

Orange Lane Cymbal Notes + Generating Sysex Notes upon Impor
After importing a GH chart and toggling all notes on yellow and orange lanes as cymbals, I found that in 2D view, they appear normal, but in 3D view, the orange lane appears to have regular notes instead. http://www.iaza.com/work/120918C/iaza17016835415900.jpg It's all just looks, though. The chart ...
