By the way, I have been following the steps in your pitched lyrics tutorial up to this point. Is there a different way I should be going about converting these lyrics?

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 1.84 (99.87% success rate)

I've been trying to convert some lyrics, but it won't let me. c:\FoFLyricsConvert.exe -in script c:\script.txt -out midi c:\notes.mid c:\noteswithlyrics.mid -nohyphens 1 -marklines The syntax appears correct to me, but it gives this error message: Invalid character encountered when numerical string ...

Re: Pitched lyric tutorial

Try going into your OS' volume control settings and see if the MIDI volume is high enough to hear (ie. "SW Synth" in Windows). As for lyric timing, it's your decision. It probably won't matter in the end as FoFiX won't care. Hmm, I found the control for the SW Synth volume. Even when turn...

Every time it opens it tells me that my sound card by default has MIDI output at 0, and asks if I want...

Re: Drum BRE?

Wow, thanks, I was finally able to get it down. I did exactly what you said in EOF. Though I didn't know you had to mark the BRE notes with starpower. Thanks a lot!

Drum BRE?

I'm going insane trying to add a big rock ending for the drum part of this song I am charting. Just so you know, I use FoFiX to play, and EOF to chart. I also have Anvil but don't know how to use it much. I have been able to create a BRE for the guitar, and working drum fills but no BRE for the drum...
