I created a fairly concise tutorial to learning how to distinguish the most common time signatures in modern music.
Fretters who are confused by this mystical and inexplicable force of nature should check it out.

Can't find the option to turn off a visual effect
I prefer a very clean, uncluttered screen when I record videos for my songs. There's an immensely annoying effect in FoFiX 3121 that I can't figure out how to turn off: http://i.imgur.com/zKcDR.jpg The glowing at the bottom of the fretboard and the color effect at the top. I want them gone. How do?

I hate to bump for no reason, but I'd really like to know if anyone has any suggestions for additions or improvements to this tutorial. I spent a lot of time making sure it was as clear and comprehensive as possible.

To sync your audio, zoom in and use the waveform. That's why it's there. Relying on the RB plugin to sync is a terrible idea, considering the amount of A/V lag.

Re: Expert+???
RawkSD has adopted midi note #95 as double bass. Single bass goes on note 96 as usual, and 95 is used for "extra" notes that make up double bass. I think it works rather well and ought to be implemented - it would make distributing one midi file with both Expert and Expert+ possible.
