hey man.. it says found new hardware unknown device.. your new hardware is installed and ready to use but then when I goto play it doesnt work -.-

I unplugged my guitar from the back of my computer a few days ago and when I plugged it back in it said "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" and in device manager under the USB tab it says Unknown Device.. I've never had this problem before.. everything is default im just using a normal pc explorer =/ thanks...
