...I kind of can't believe someone would pirate a game like this...
It's like, what? A tenner? Of course it's worth it! Just go buy it now for Christ's sake.

Re: Music stereotypes
There seems to be this cesspool opinion that complexity and technicality equate to good music, which is bullsh*t. I'd rather listen to a poppy Ultra Saturday song that conveys emotions well and correctly than some circle wanking over-the-top tech death that's only made to show how fast he can play ...

Re: Music stereotypes
What? How can you "respect" that kind of music. I'm not saying they are bad. I love the sounds of most 80's rock. I'm also not saying they aren't influential to other types of rock or metal. But really, I see no reason to have respect for music that talks about sex, parties and alcohol (a...

Re: Music stereotypes
There was that guy who complained about how some songs are popular even though they use a simple chord progression, and there's that guy who raged that pop songs are so easy to make, so elementary that it doesn't deserve to be on top. You guys seem to forget that some people write music because the...

Re: Music stereotypes
It's good because it has emotion, stories, feelings. It has a real purpose other than : "Hurr imah make a catchy song about pop so I can getz money" I really don't see what's so vague about it. Catchy songs aren't always bad. Making money isn't bad. If it's so simple and emotionless, anyo...

Re: Favorite Albums of 2010
It doesn't change the facts that vinyls are unwieldy, outdated, and no one - as far as I know - has been able to scientifically prove that there is actually an audible difference. 320kbps mp3 sounds amazing if the mixing is great and you're not listening to it at freaking 200% volume. I respect you...

Re: Favorite Albums of 2010
Well Nathaniel your problem of not hearing any difference with the old mighty vinyl is probably because you're using THIS when you should be using THIS with THIS . But anyway, in the end is your call I totally prefer the amazing vinyl quality over a crappy 320kbps mp3... It doesn't change the facts...

Re: Lawlnessy pictures
if only there was I way I could watch funny videos without actually looking for them and have someone make obnoxious comments between them! Uhhh... yeah, that's sort of the point. I don't want to spend hours scouring youtube for random videos. Also, that edit makes no sense, since his jokes are ref...

Re: Favorite Albums of 2010
that's just one song though, it really is an album even if I don't think it's interesting -- Edit: Tue Jan 04, 2011 11:54 pm -- also digital is much more cost efficient. However, it really does sound worse than analog. Sounding "old" has nothing to do with it lol. For example, all of the ...

Re: Favorite Albums of 2010
Uggg... BTW, there's also MORE music now than there ever was (well, more music accessible outside of going to the artist's house). I for one don't subscribe to that whole "authentic" crap. There's a reason people usually don't do it nowadays - it's a pain in the ass. A lot of it was just c...

Edit: Time signature handling is not completed yet either. We should be able to make a new release soon.

Re: EOF 1.7RC2
A piece written in 8/8 is written that way (rather than something simpler like 4/4) because of tempo, phrasing, and counting. So a time signature with fractions, though able to be written in a simpler form, would be written as a fraction for phrasing purposes. But I guess in charting fractional tim...

Re: EOF 1.7RC2
Oh, you know... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_signature#Other_variants Just in case. Also, time signatures aren't fractions. (1/2)/8 would be one sixteenth note per bar, where each bar is counted as eighth notes. Well, yeah, [2(1/2)]4 is pointless. It's just 58. I know time signatures aren't LI...
