Whoa, you're gonna have fun trying to triple-strum those darn yellow notes! ;)

I'd love to use this mod, but with other people living with me, it just can't happen (for now).

And then again, my drumming is already bad enough, I don't think the background is going to help me very much. Tehehe... :)

Holy crap! :O

First good idea I've heard in a LONG time. Now why didn't I think of that?

Anyway, mad props for the suggestion!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I must hunt down Fury of the Storm... :;):

It could be done on a 1-15 scale, like StepMania. Of course, the built-in editor in that game also has a calculation algorithm to give you an estimated difficulty, and then you have to manually input the difficulty. Often, the calculation will give me something like: Estimated Steps: 7.68935 (The ga...

Good times... :D EDIT: OH MY GOD!!! I just pressed up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, Enter on my keyboard just ...

uhm, I would say, and sorry if it has already been proposed, for 2 players mode: player 1 plays some licks and and chords and blah blah for a period of time around 20 seconds ? and actually makes a .mid (and it would be nice with the sounds that you say, even if there are only 5) and then player 2 ...

I've made a couple of songs (actually, one custom and a couple of GH2 remakes back when I was playing Freetar Hero), nothing for FoF...yet. I just try to help out when I can, and I'm also working on fretting my first FoF song. Now if I could just get Frooty Loops to cooperate... All of this b...

Check my sig, install the mod, search the forums.

It can be done. Actually, even better than searching the forums, you can find the answer faster by looking through the documentary in RF Mod, it will tell you, and point you to an example of how to do it.

The only problem with that is that you can't use up and down on the d-pad at the same time. :;):

I would say configure down and right for strum and alt-strum, then hit the diagonal on the d-pad, which would still let you use down on the strum bar, you just wouldn't be able to strum up anymore.

This is going to get moved to Tech Support. WILDONE is correct: In your Mods folder, you have a folder for each mod, which is basically like having a bunch of Data folders lobbed into one big folder, so checking for double folders should be your first priority, and if that's not the case, you'll hav...

Oh, haha, wouldn't you know it, the one scenario I didn't account for; when one of those letters is a fret button. :D

Then if what Divra says is the case, then I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do. Sorry.

Still, it was fun writing that script...

When you open the script it's supposed to open Frets on Fire automatically.

In addition, you can only activate the cheats during a song. Like when the countdown starts is a good time to hit those commands.

Personally, I like #00FFFF for my blue flames, makes me look like I deployed star power. But that's just me, and to each his own. :D I also would recommend making a shortcut to fretsonfire.ini in your root FoF directory, it makes theme tinkering much easier, and you don't have to hunt through your h...

Really? I'll have to try that. It's not really double-strumming, but if it'll help with the rapid-fire notes, I'm all for it!

If it's really that much trouble, Google a little program called AutoHotKey, take about a half-hour or so to learn how to make the script, and once you're finished doing that, you could use a keyboard shortcut (for example: Ctrl+Shift+C), and it would automatically use the code for you. However, sin...
