Depends on if its a user created chart or GH ripped. If its GH ripped it should be the same, depending on standard settings. If its user created it may have a different BPM so it could deplete faster, since the bar flashes at measures and depletes faster or slower depending on the BPM. So, a song a...

I do sometimes get the error, randomly throughout the day.
Refreshing like, 5 times usually gets it working, but it does get annoying when it happens frequently.
