Edit: Your mistaken. RawkSD DOES NOT require a certain type of chart file. infact, It REQUIRES a midi instead of a chart. So there has to be another reason.

Yes' it's legal to play these songs on a rock band clone, because of fair use. It's not legal however to distibute these songs for money or claim it as your own work and distribute it. It also becomes illegal if you rip the song off the track and it is used for personal purpose. that is STEALING mus...

I have discovered that charts straight out of EOF infact DO NOT WORK ON RB2 with RawkSD . How would I go about making this customs work so I can play my charts and a few charts on here made with Eof

I reduced the uberlight theme to practically nothing by grayscaling everything i could. I also took out the star power bar and then made the notes samller im at 193 KB. Awesome theme.

Even better is if you could just use one of the kits from rock band two in any song on a wim.
