No go on cube :(
Well I tried cube, I tried scanning the disc and it came up with nothing. Cube and PSS plex could both open the PSS files and only show a single video stream inside, I thought the audio was inside but I guess not. The folder for each song contains a pss (>20mb) and a few other files, but they're all...

Ripping song from Rock Band 2?
First my apologies if this isn't the correct forum for this, I couldn't find anywhere more suitable. This question is probably more appropriate for ScoreHero but apparently it's against the rules... My question is how did Cama (AFAICR) rip the songs from RB2 for the packs to import in to FoF? I want...

Thanks for such a quick reply.
I'm gonna sound like a noob but which file contains the log, I can't see a file in the root FoFiX folder which implies it contains the log.

Game pauses in Ubuntu
I'm running FoFiX 3.10 on Ubuntu 9.04 and every now and then the game will randomly pause. I have no idea what is causing this, I thought it could be to do with my key bindings ( 1 to 5, backspace as pick) but once it paused during an intro before any notes appeared. This can be very annoying as it'...

Re: Newbie to the FoF Side
I believe the first time you run fofix you have to specify a songs directory, in case you don't want to use the standard fof/data/songs.

Re: Lag on Windows 7
I had exactly the same problem on windows 7 with my GMA 950. Basically the drivers it installed from device manager had terrible OpenGL performance. Installing the latest Vista drivers in compatibility mode sorted it :) However, don't ever use XP drivers (I learnt that the hard way :P )

Re: YouTube copyright issues
People download FLV videos off of youtube, so if someone downloads a song, or a cover of a song, they could say that the people are downloading the music involved illegally, thus giving them a legal shield to hide behind. Just a thought. Yes, that is true, there are people that do that, but YouTube...

Re: YouTube copyright issues
It's the artist's right to have it taken down. If you went to the enormous amount of work to commercially release music, you'd want to protect your work as well. Protect?! How is uploading it to YouTube going to hurt the original author. If anything its giving them free advertising, and on the othe...

Re: How do I change a Song Difficulty
Basicly when you download a song, and it dosent give the option to change dificulty, the fretter never made other difficulties. So ScHaloX linked you to a program that makes songs easier, but its ounds very buggy. EOF and db are both prgrams to add the notes, so you can look at the"amazing"...

Re: FoFix on Windows 7
Thing is I don't know where to get this vista drivers. I would assume intels website, the problem is it offers serveral variation of drivers for the intel 945 chipset (not to be confused with the GMA 950, the GPU itself). DxDiag won't tell me which variation I need, and intels site won't work with ...

This is the best controller. Ever.
