Re: EOF 1.8b18 - Now with 22 fret pro guitar track support

in vocals, pitchless notes do not "light up" (white border around the notes) like other notes.

Re: EOF 1.8b18 - Now with 22 fret pro guitar track support

Bug.
cannot change lyric to include capitals if the word is spelled the same.

Example,

original lyric "pile"
try to change to "Pile"
lyric remains "pile" .

Also, please add a keyboard shortcut for mark/re-mark lyric lines (phrases)

Re: Using triggers for drums in RB

attaching piezo triggers to pads will be fine, if you want to use a piezo on the bass drum you will have to use a brain other than the ion drum rocker, and then get the madcatz midi adapter (make sure the brain is compatible before you buy!) to connect to your console.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectrogram
the brilliant thing about the spectrogram for applications such as eof is that is displays pitch and velocity as well as time.

Re: EOF 1.8b16 - Now with five lane drum support

i think eof could produce superior beat maps if we could have spectrograms instead of waveforms.

Re: EOF 1.8b16 - Now with five lane drum support

i have an idea for an incredibly time saving tool, note fill, where you select an amount of time, and choose to fill 1/4 notes or 1/16 notes etc.

I'm going to stop spamming ideas now.

Re: EOF 1.8b16 - Now with five lane drum support

Something along the lines of a timer that runs for however long you have the chart open in EOF, and when you save the chart, the duration is saved to the project file? I could probably make something like this so that you could check the editing time in Song>File Info, but having a timer that visib...

Re: EOF 1.8b16 - Now with five lane drum support

i have a feature request. some kind of clock that measures how long it's taken you to chart the song you're charting.
i just spent 3 hours on 1 minute, and i estimate that the beatmap took atleast 6 hours (12 minute song) so i'd be very interested in how much the total time would be for future charts.

Re: What's your favorite Dream Theater song???

Beyond this life from metropolis Pt2, the lyrics are just so well composed, and it's so subtle in portraying it's message.
"The witness ran to call for assistance,"....
..."She may have found a reason to forgive. OH YEAAAH YEAAH!"

Re: EOF 1.8b15 - Now with five lane drum support

I have found that channel 2 is used for arpeggio's to determine which notes will not be strummed. had to do arpeggio's in reaper when i tabbed the trees.
