For some odd reason my PC will not pick up the Guitar Controller connected. i'm using the Red Octane Universal Adapter and i've only got it to work once and the software is installed for it.

can someone please help me?

the converter is reconized in the control panal but it does not reconize the guitar when plugged in.

currently i'm using the Red Octane PS/PS2 Controller Adapter but the computer does not reconize the guitar even though the drivers for the converter are installed. does anyone else have this problem with this converter?

I got the controller and converter for x-mas, installed the drivers but the computer won't reconize the controller. I got the red octane converter and controller from the site and I can't figure out how to use Joy2key or AutoHotKey. can anyone help me please?

I honestly have no clue what to do in these programs and I am hoping I didn't get a $60+ gifts and not beable to use it.

I just got the red octane GH controller and converter for x-mas and i've hooked it up to my PC and downloaded the drivers for the converter but I can't get the guitar working.

can anyone help me please? i've tried using JoyToKey and AutoHotKey but I still can't get anything working.
