I've noticed going in the options and setting the delay to 0 helps a lot too for the songs that ARE in sync (the four that come with the game, the Guitar Hero tracks, and the better player made tracks). It sets, I assume, no delay between the note onscreen and the audible note, so playing by ear ac...

Food isn't that bad either, but eating out is - a big mac meal is 11-12$, a pint of beer is usually 8-9$. Gasoline is 8-9$ per gallon. I had to fork ou...

That's a good idea. It doesn't matter if the song is slow or fast, only thing the bpm dictates is how fast the notes scroll down.

I've put the last couple of songs I've done at about 128bpm.

Alice in Chains - Man in the Box
Metallica - Fuel

You could try add or remove a bit of silence at the start of the song, in audacity or equivalent program.

Nevermind, i figured it out. I imported the midi file into my sequencer and quickly discovered that all i had to do was adding the different difficulties in different octaves. Then i exported it into the FoF midi file again, and voila! What sequencer did you use for this? I tried a couple of freewa...

My friend without AV receieved the same error about an inaccessable .exe file. I have no security settings restricting it, the file is borked. I had the same problem, in my case AVG was denying access to the exe even when choosing "ignore". I solved it by opening control center and turning off "AVG...
