In furure, i think a mod that sees a question posted that has already been answered should lock the thread simply writing "Search the forum" or "Check the FAQ" - this keeps things in order without flaming potential new forum members.

i think a story mode would be pretty pointless. however, the practice mode is a good idea. shouldn't be too difficult to change where the playback of a song starts and ends

i wish the sensitivity on the notes wasn't as nazi as it is.... if it was slightly less sensitive (maybe even a user editable option in the same vein as audio delay) it would definately be more enjoyable

shouldn't be too hard, just involves reading in the notes.mid file and outputting it in a more aesthetic way. unfotunately, i suck at programming :p and i'd rather the game's creators work on the game itself heh

a trick i use if i cant be bothered to merge the tracks is open the guitar track in one media player and the backing in another, and play them both at the same time.
